Shipping Information
We use Australia Post E-Parcel for most online orders. Goods are usually delivered to the Melbourne Metro area within 24 hours.
Delivery to other capital cities is usually 48 hours and regional areas 72 hours. Unfortunately we are unable to advise an exact time.
Please make sure your delivery address is current as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
In Melbourne, you can collect your order personally from our warehouse in Richmond. To arrange this, you will need to place your order by email, phone or fax (but not using the shopping cart on our website). Please contact us for further details.
At his time Corporate Coffee Solutions only delivers to Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to International visitors to this site.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately we cannot refund due to change of mind.
Please retain any product and/or packaging incase the goods have to be returned to us together with your original invoice.
Please inform us of any damage and/or incorrect items delivered within 7 days of receiving the goods.
